Grow your hair longer faster!

Now let me guess you want to grow your hair,don't we all. Well I'm going to share my secrets with you on how I grew out my hair from a bob in just a few months! Ok so that might seem like a long time but trust me my hair has never grown as fast as it has been these past few months and hear is why.

Recently I have been taking biotin. You can buy this from eBay for around £9 like I did. www.ebay.com  biotin is simply a hair skin and nails vitamin and although it might seem a bit pricey for me it really works.the bottle I bought has 100 tablets in a bottle so that's 100 days worth of tablets and for only £9 that's not bad. As well as helping my hair it has really helped my nails grow a huge amount and very quickly. 

To prevent breakage I plat my hair before going to bed so when I wake up in the morning it's easier to brush and more manageable. It also stops breakage when my head is rolling around on the pillow.

Aswell as the biotin I take chewable vitamin c and cod liver oil with rosemary oil and vitamin b6 I buy these from tesco for around £5 each. You can buy these in any drug store or supermarket.

I use dry shampoo and wash my hair once a week so the natural oils can stay in my hair as long as possible to give all my hair the care and goodness it needs!

I don't ever get my hair trimmed and I admit I should but I don't have the time or money to do so. My hair is not exsesivley damaged and it's still growing.
